- Release the Pressure (Rethink): Call 0800 107 0160 or text SHOUT to 85258 for confidential support from trained counsellors. They offer phone, web chat, and text support 24/7.
- Samaritans: Call 116 123 or email (jo@samaritans.org.uk) for free and confidential emotional support, 24 hours a day.
Kent and Medway Crisis Line
- Call 111 and choose option 2 for mental health support from the Kent and Medway Crisis Line.
